What this job involves:
Easing Facilities Management
Skilled in monitoring property operations. In this role, this person will be working side-by-side with the facilities management team for daily updates and reports. This person will also be in charge of maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our amenities, office vicinity and facilities services. Likewise, this person will be the go-to person for external vendors who perform contract works.
In addition, oversees Helpdesk phone lines and laptops, and coordinate immediately with the Facilities Services team should a complaint or an issue occurred. This person is also expected to stay calm and composed when listening to employees’ concerns and requests. Aside from this, you must try to resolve potential issues as soon as possible.
Creating better employee experience
As the person in charge of providing great employee experience, the main task is to coordinate employee communications including phone calls, emails and Skype messages, and make sure that each one is promptly attended.
Furthermore, this role requires that you effectively relay various procedures—such as new hirers, departures, transferees, lost and found, badges, lockers, air-con extensions, loading bay requests and others—with our employees in a pleasant and professional manner.
Bringing enhanced comfort and efficiency to the office
Arranging for regular preventative maintenance and repairs for our facilities. Scheduling for regular cleaning services and ensuring all office equipment are in good working order. Keep an eye out for potential emergencies and carry out steps for managing such situations. Also perform established escalation and incident reporting procedures should such an event take place. Being on the lookout for opportunities to reduce costs and improve our operational standards.
Skill Sets required:
Experienced and customer-centric
Should have a degree or diploma in business administration, facilities or equivalent qualification, and over four years’ experience in a related field. Likewise, strong customer skills and extensive experience in logistics management, administration and data analysis.
Positive and can-do attitude
Are you a resourceful, service-oriented individual with a flair for excellent employee experience? Do you have at least one of year experience in a multinational company or the hospitality industry? Are you an excellent communicator who values teamwork and proper etiquette? If you said yes to all these, we want to take you aboard.
