We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Workplace Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for all employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate office logistics, including space planning, seating arrangements, and facility maintenanceManage office supplies inventory and place orders as neededServe as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenanceOversee meeting and events on siteCoordinate internal events, meetings, and conferencesManage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are properly equipped and set upImplement and maintain office policies and proceduresHandle incoming and outgoing mail and packagesAssist with health and safety compliance, including maintaining emergency procedures and conducting safety drillsSupport sustainability initiatives within the workplaceManage relationships with external service providers and contractorsAssist with budget tracking for workplace-related expensesSupport in payments process.Customer experience responsible and POCQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in office management or similar roleIntermediate High or Advanced English level of communicationEHS and OPEX proven experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management softwareProblem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyCustomer service-oriented with a positive attitudeExperience in local health and safety regulationsExperience with vendor management and contract negotiationStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesLocation:
