Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Workplace Coordinator in Milpitas, California. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be the first contact for our visitors, ensuring a detail oriented environment. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks, including coordinating office supplies, maintaining common areas, and supporting HR and recruiting teams.
Responsibilities
• Ensure a welcoming and detail oriented environment as the first point of contact for visitors.
• Manage and coordinate office supplies, including weekly orders and storage.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace by taking care of common areas.
• Provide support to the recruiting team by assisting with interview scheduling.
• Assist HR in planning and executing employee events such as monthly birthday celebrations and employee lunch events.
• Offer minimal executive administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling for executives.
• Help with the preparation of travel arrangements, expense reports, and documents.
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records.
• Support the financial services team by using ADP and managing accounting functions.
• Handle accounts payable tasks and auditing as needed.
• Perform benefit functions using Ceridian and About Time software. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing financial records.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required for efficient financial management.
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is crucial for effective workforce management.
• Understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary for seamless data communication.
• Experience with Ceridian software is beneficial for HR and payroll management.
• Proficiency in the About Time software is advantageous for effective time tracking.
• Sound knowledge of Accounting Functions is essential for maintaining financial health of the organization.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial for maintaining smooth financial operations.
• Auditing skills are necessary for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
