From curating engaging content for our CPH Hub SharePoint site to orchestrating activities and events that foster connection and community building, you’ll be at the center of it all! **Core Responsibilities** + Ensuring that the Hub spirit is actively communicated and understood by employees and stakeholders, incl. maintenance of CPH Hub SharePoint site + Communicating up-coming activities and news to employees and other stakeholders. + Coordinate and execute social, community building events + Coordinate and execute operational projects supported by Hub Manager + Support employee engagement and ownership of the offices through proactive communication and engagement with various stakeholder groups, e.g. Hub Council, Facility partner, etc. + Develop communication material for the office activities and events, using the LEGO values as a foundation + Develop materials such as signage and templates according to the guidelines and visual identity **Play your part in our team succeeding** WEX Workplace Experience team’s aspiration is to create workplaces that bring our LEGO® brand framework and Leadership Playground to life and enable our colleagues to succeed and grow, both individually and together. In this role you will support the two Copenhagen offices with internal communication, operations projects, events and community building activities between the two offices. **Do you have what it takes** + A background in communicate would be an advantage + A couple of years experience from similar position in an international and diverse culture + Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point, and building SharePoint sites is required + Experience with small project coordination and execution + Ability to effectively prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks concurrently and pay meticulous attention to details + Ability to communicate in a creative and fun way in outstanding English, both written and verbal + Strong graphic abilities + Great stakeholder management skills + High level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility + Self-motivated teammate and role model, with a structured and curious approach + Experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Monday.com project management is beneficial The position is based in Copenhagen, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role. \#LI-RR1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
