Description We are seeking a proficient Workplace Experience Ambassador 2 to join our team in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our building spaces are effectively set up and maintained, providing a positive experience for all visitors. You will also interact with various teams and deliver exceptional customer service. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external visitors • Manage front of house services and efficiently handle incoming inquiries • Coordinate and assist with the physical arrangement of events and meeting spaces, including furniture signage and equipment • Maintain up-to-date records of space and room bookings along with current event calendars • Support other facilities team services as necessary • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to customers at all levels • Show an efficient and self-driven attitude • Collaborate with other team members, acting as a representative of the team • Demonstrate a detail-oriented and organized approach to work tasks • Show proficiency in managing daily activities using various PC platforms. Requirements • Exceptional skills in Customer Service, able to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently and with professionalism. • Demonstrated ability in Planning, capable of managing and coordinating various tasks simultaneously. • Proficient in Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence. • Experience in Facility management, ensuring the workplace environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained. • Skilled in Calendar Management, able to schedule and keep track of all meetings, appointments, and events. • Capable of handling Queries, providing accurate and timely responses to all inquiries. • Experience in Catering coordination, able to manage food and beverage needs for meetings and events. • Proficient in PC OS, capable of troubleshooting common computer issues and maintaining digital files and records. • Experience in providing Concierge Services, offering personalized assistance to employees and visitors.
