**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Meeting and events planning for the client’s premiere immersive experience center.Serve as primary point of contact for all center activities.
+ Collaborate with clients, IT and AV support as well as vendors to ensure events exceed client expectations.
+ Manage intake forms and calendar to schedule events appropriately.
+ Ensure the center is in showroom-ready condition at all times. Escalate any issues with a sense of urgency and follow through to resolution.
+ Make a memorable first impression by greeting clients and their guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. Escort visitors to the proper location.
+ Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the client.
+ Submit janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Address issues with vendors or staff as needed.
+ Resolve inquiries or complaints from clients, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
+ Oversee the center’s office and refreshments supply management and equipment care.Engage the appropriate parties to complete maintenance and repairs.
+ Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
+ Follow specific directions as given by the manager and work under minimal supervision.
+ Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
+ Positively impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
+ Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
+ Evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

**What You’ll Need:**
+ HS Diploma or GED required. Professional hospitality accreditations are preferred.
+ A minimum of 3 years’ experience in complex meeting/event planning and other hospitality experience in a professional office environment.
+ Ability to apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills.
+ Passionate about service delivery and finds satisfaction in exceeding client expectations.
+ Open and flexible work schedules based on business needs.
+ Requires basic analytical skills with the ability to understand and carry out general instructions as well as solve problems in standard situations.
+ Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor, being able to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.
+ Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote.Advanced skills in Outlook and event booking systems. Desire to learn new technologies and digital tools; such as Apps, databases, financial management, work order management, social networking, cloud technologies, handheld mobile technologies and applications, and communications.
+ Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility. This includes standing in position for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling, and frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The **minimum salary** for the **Workplace Experience Associate** position is **$58,000** annually and the **maximum salary** for the **Workplace Experience Associate** position is **$63,000** annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications,and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
