The Concierge has the authority, autonomy, and responsibility to provide a high-touch experience to the workplace experience. The primary goal is to create an experience that positively impacts the care and comfort of the employees, clients and visitors. They will liaise with the facility team to ensure the space is safe, visually, and environmentally comfortable for the employees.

Your day to day: ​

Engage visitors, employees, and executives in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely mannerConnect with Executives and Executives Assistants and support teams to proactively anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutionsDemonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skillsAct as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services, and activitiesActively monitor and maintain the workspaces, lobby, and meeting areas, to ensure an environment that is safe, clean, organized, and reflects brand standardsMonitor requests for guest entry and register guests in the lobby security systemPlay music in the reception area and ensure coat closets are cleaned out and available for coats and luggageReserve conference rooms for small client meetings as neededCheck all monitors and panels to ensure that they are in working order. If not, reach out to the appropriate team to resolve itCollaborate with all services within the facility and work with facilities management to ensure a safe and comfortable work environmentCreate work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through the appropriate channels/systemsImplement and monitor standards of service to meet and exceed expectationsWork across teams to proactively communicate and prepare for meetings and events, to anticipate and address concerns, and to ensure operations without incidentIdentify potential risks and escalate, as appropriate, to ensure no privacy breech, security incident or disruption to the Client’s operations occurPerform ad hoc assignments and administrative support for seamless and timely delivery of servicesStay up-to-date on all JLL trainingsParticipate in daily huddle with full JLL Team

Minimum 1- 2 years of previous customer service, security, or hospitality-related experiencePeople Person: The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expectedFlexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily prioritiesExcellent Communicator: Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate professionally through the spoken and written word.  Fluency in English requiredKnows how to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring consistent and elevated guest experiences and accuracyWorking knowledge of a range of information technology tools and platformsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages

Estimated total compensation for this position:

54,000.00 – 62,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
