Workplace Experience Coordinator Job ID 187243 Posted 02-Oct-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Customer Service Location(s) Santa Monica - California - United States of America **What you'll do** + Provides coordination and support for delivery of workplace services like A/V Support, Meeting and event management, Supply and Expense Management, Meeting, and events coordination Equipment Care, etc. + Connect with building engineer for maintenance repairs and issues and ensure workorders are completed and create tickets for soft services + Work with health and safety team to check facility fire safety equipment is operational, such as fire extinguishers and first aid kits as well as AED kits + Be familiar with power outage protocols and use of backup generator + Be familiar with client emergency protocol procedures + Comfortability with navigating computer-based applications + Coordinate and partner with onsite or outside vendor partners to schedule work to be completed and ensure accuracy of completion HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required. + A minimum of 1 year of front desk coordinator experience + Open and flexible work schedules. + Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, and memos and ask clarifying questions. Desire to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. + Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor, being able to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help. + Apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills. + Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $24.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $28.85per hour.
