What You’ll Do 

You’ll report to the Workplace Experience Program Manager and will work in partnership with Cox’s Brand/Marketing/Creative/Experiences group. In a nutshell, your job is to empower our employees to do their very best work, and help them have fun while doing it. Here are some of your responsibilities: 

Help brainstorm and activate employee events, both virtual and in-person Project manage employee events from concept to execution Help pilot and evolve programs to promote employee satisfaction Report on event/activation performance Engage employees to foster connection, inclusion, and meaningful experiencesPartner with internal groups, such as Benefits, Inclusion, Communications, Social Media, Recruitment Marketing and more 

Who You Are

Currently studying for a degree in marketing, communications or a related field.  An undergrad at rising junior or rising senior level (at least 2 years of college completed).  A graduate student pursuing a marketing degree (or related field).

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
