Title: Workplace Experience Manager
Location: Johnson Matthey – Gresham Street
Salary: Up to £50,000
As a Workplace Experience Manager at Sodexo in Gresham Street, you are also a visionary leader and an advocate for innovation in facilities management. What you’ll do:
Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional FM services in line with the Sodexo contract.
Act as the primary contact and escalation point for the site, driving innovation and best practices.
Oversee asset compliance and safety, ensuring they meet legal and business standards.
Collaborate with senior customers to align services with evolving business needs.
Manage site-based emergencies and business continuity processes effectively.

Strong commercial skills with experience managing large budgets and diverse teams.
A thorough knowledge of the FM industry and a commitment to service excellence.
Recognized H&S qualification and a passion for promoting a zero-accident culture.
Extensive experience in building client relationships and delivering innovative solutions.
