As the Workplace Experience Manager, you'll be the driving force behind delivering outstanding client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening partnerships between JLL, service partners, and our clients while implementing innovative experience programs that elevate both personal and professional skills.
What will some of your day look like?
Orchestrate seamless daily operations of the Guest Service program and remote monitoringRespond swiftly to information requests, communicating effortlessly across all management levelsIdentify and mitigate potential risks to ensure uninterrupted client operationsOversee critical programs including access management, lost & found, and facility inspectionsConduct daily quality assurance checks to maintain operational excellenceResolve building service issues and submit work orders with precisionCollaborate dynamically with service line leads to drive innovationsUpdate training materials and lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and productivityManage guest service schedules and approve timesheetsContribute to team growth through recruitment, onboarding, training, and coachingParticipate in regional meetings and spearhead special projectsWho are we looking for?
Required:
High school diploma or GEDProven track record in supervisory or management roles, with a talent for motivating teams3+ years of experience in Hospitality, Soft Services, or OperationsExceptional ability to handle sensitive information and set clear performance expectationsOutstanding organizational skills coupled with a curious, solution-oriented mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs)Preferred:
Workplace experience or hospitality industry backgroundBachelor's degreeKnowledge of the commercial real estate industryExpertise in staff development, performance management, and retention strategiesSchedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay $66,000-68,000 annually
