What the job involves: We are currently seeking a Summer Intern on the Workplace Experience Services Team.  In this role, you will assist in creating exceptional workplace experiences and support the implementation of our experience programs. You will gain hands-on experience in operations, client service, and hospitality while working closely with the Guest Service Manager and other team members. This role is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are passionate about delivering outstanding experiences and looking to develop their professional skills in a dynamic, client-focused environment. 

 

As a Summer Intern in the Guest Services Program at JLL, you will:  

Support Daily Operations: 

Assist with managing guest services programs, such as temporary access badges, building access cards, lost & found, luggage storage, and art and meeting room inspections.Perform quality assurance checks to ensure smooth daily operations.Monitor service-related issues, submit work orders, and escalate potential risks.Respond to requests for information and communicate effectively with management and team members.Assist with creating and updating training and informational materials.Collaborate with service line leads to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.

Special Projects:

Review all trackers and create a master template to be used across all regions Create standardized email template responses that can be shared across all regionsPrepare a final presentation highlighting experiences and lessons learned throughout the internship

Dates:  June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025

Location: McLean, VA

 

Education, Skills, and Experience 

Currently pursuing a degree in hospitality services, business administration, or a related field.Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong interest in hospitality, client services, or workplace operations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

8,800.00 – 10,400.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
