POSITION SUMMARY

Workplace Inventory & Stocking Clerk , internally named Office Operations Technician, are team members on the Office Operations Team who maintain an enjoyable, organized, functional, hospitable, and welcoming environment in our workspaces by providing hands-on support for the physical workspaces that our team members and guests operate within.

ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS

Follows office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

Assists in vendor relationship management, communicates orders and retrieves invoices

Supports and monitors storage room, conducts inventory, restocks supplies as needed

Responsible for cleanliness and safety of office areas

Responds to requests and performs general administrative duties

Actively participates in team meetings or 1:1 meetings and communicates continuous improvement ideas to the Office Operations team

Always displays customer service skills to guests & vendors as well as to internal team members

All other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED, or Vocational degree (required)

Must be able to work in our office Monday through Friday from 7am till 4pm

Approximately 1-3 years of general work experience

2 years of experience in an office support, customer service, hospitality, retail or a relevant field (preferred)

POSITION QUALIFICATION

Ability to problem-solve at a basic level

Ability to perform tasks within established procedures

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 support and maintenance

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively with individuals or teams from all areas and levels of the organization 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

PHYSICAL QUALIFIFCATIONS

Sit or stand in a stationary position 

Operate computers and other office equipment 

Adjust or move objects such as boxes of copy paper up to 50 pounds in all directions

Ascend or descend stairs, ramps, and the like
