As a Workplace Rehab Advisor you will develop, implement and monitor safe stay at work or return to work plans on the unit to close the gap between the employee’s functional capacity and the job demands.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Masters Degree in OT or PT, plus Functional Capacity Evaluation Skills certification, and two (2)years of recent related experience in a unionized health care environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Current full registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC). Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) or Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC). Eligible for membership in the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC).Local area travel requires use of a personal vehicle for which mileage is reimbursed.
