To support our extraordinary teams, we’re looking to add a Workplace Services Analyst located onsite at HQ in Sunnyvale, CA Monday through Friday during office hours (8am-5pm). Reporting to the Head of Real Estate & Workplace Services, our goal is to provide a great workplace experience where all Illumineers can operate efficiently and effectively in a clean, safe and fun environment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workplace Services Analyst to join our team. As a Workplace Services Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing workplace processes, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and providing valuable insights to enhance the overall workplace experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Your Impact: Evaluate and upgrade existing workplace processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. Responsible for the workplace planning initiatives to include project management and execution of small workplace projects that may include people moves, tenant improvements, maintenance, repairs, etc. desk assignments, seating arrangements, relocations, and other initiatives as needed. Collaborate with IT and People Operations to ensure employee onboarding/offboarding protocols are adhered to. Act as the Workplace Services representative to conduct new hire orientation, desk set-up, employee badging, business cards, etc. to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for employees. Manage the Travel Program and ESG Initiative Liaison with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality workplace services. This includes subcontractor and vendor service providers to provide a high touch service to internal stakeholders. Manage the company events calendar for the year, and partner with various employee groups to schedule, facilitate and plan employee events such as happy hour, special holiday events and intern events during the summer.Your Toolkit:

Compensation:
$74,000 USD - $85,000 USD
