**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Workplace Services Lead to join our Enterprise Real Estate & Workplace service team to manage our Bentonville, AR campus. You are a passionate person who is customer service based, manages day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and is a team player.
The Workplace Services Lead will have responsibility for ~45,000 sq. ft. of office space. This position has one or more direct or outsourced reports and reports to the Regional Workplace Leader. Newell Brand’s workplace services provide services to improve employee engagement, and workplace productivity, oversee workplace health, safety & security, environmental & sustainability, asset management, preventative maintenance, capital repairs, vendors, and moves/adds/changes.
**Essential functions and responsibilities**
+ Daily operations and oversite of workplace operations consisting of; facilities requests, mail/shipping/receiving, cleanliness, safety, security, and work with property management with maintenance & repairs in a timely manner
+ Supports Facilities team standards, performance metrics, and workflow process to enhance internal customer satisfaction, meet financial objectives, and for continual process improvement.
+ Maintains team schedules, priorities, tasks, and responsibilities on a daily, weekly, and monthly structure
+ Facilitates effective communication, coordination, and oversight of any Move/Add/Change projects with appropriate stakeholders and cross-functional teams
+ Manage and maintain office amenities to maximize the employee experience.
+ Oversee vendor management, and review quotes. Submit Purchase Orders and review final invoices for processing in a timely manner.
+ Coordinate the security and employee badge access controls cross-functionally with IT
+ Provide occupants with information regarding the work environment such as protocols, culture & etiquette, and act as the main point of contact for general office inquiries as needed
+ Provide office orientation assistance to new associates and employees (e.g. desk setup, office tour)
+ Communicate required information to stakeholders, employees, and landlord as needed
+ Regularly assess space readiness, ensuring workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are occupant-ready
+ Maintains seating charts and up-to-date layouts of the workspace in collaboration with the Human Resources team and hiring managers
+ Oversee facilities requests and preventative maintenance through CMMS software for assignments, implementation, and follow-ups.
+ Support building initiatives and special events designed to create connections between occupants and share information regarding events (quarterly 6S initiatives, donations, special events, etc.), and news (road closures, traffic patterns, weather issues, etc.)
+ Coordinate tactical plans and programs for the innovation of office space activities in collaboration with stakeholders and Human Resources

**Education:**
+ High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
+ Associates or Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field (preferred)
**Experience:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Facilities, workplace services, or Hospitality capacity
+ Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate, hospitality, or related professional services industries (required)
