Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workplace Sourcing Specialist in San Francisco, CA. Summary: In this role, you will impact the team by supporting global projects and ensuring the delivery of procurement priorities, including contract extensions, renewals, risk reassessment, and vendor on-boarding/off-boarding activities. You will collaborate with key business partners to understand the needs and strategically manage their spend and supplier relationships. Your day-to-day will include: * Serving as the main point of contact through a single intake process * Managing a high volume of buying cases submitted from workplace and legal teams * Developing reports and dashboards to track buying ticket statuses * Identifying areas of opportunity to streamline processes, allowing teams to act quickly while protecting client * Creating strategies based on industry trends and internal spend data to generate optimization opportunities * Supporting sourcing plans and supplier spend management strategies, managing complex sourcing projects and negotiations * Building partnerships across Workplace, Finance, Operations, HR, Privacy, and Legal teams * Maintaining accurate records and working with various groups to simplify processes * Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and resolving sourcing issues
