This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments. **What You'll Do:** + Develop a strategic framework for research processes and report-outs with management direction + Contribute to collecting clients' needs and programming office future spaces + Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data from various platforms + Work cross-functionally with various internal and external subject matter experts to detail the consequences of new workplace and workspace recommendations + Construct and act on a range of communication plans for client project work and internal team initiatives + Guide internal and external working groups for feedback and evaluation + Have a basic understanding of building codes and occupational standards + Have some knowledge of standard design and hospitality principles with limited practical experience in applying them + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines + Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered + Ability to use existing procedures to tackle ambiguous and variable problems + Customer service and customer experience oriented + Experience in analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. + Proficiency in data analytics platforms. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Strategy Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
