Join us, and together, we’ll make it possible for Apple’s physical spaces to reflect the same simplicity and style as our products. **Description** As an Program Manager of Design Technology with WorkPlace Technology, it is your responsibility to engage closely with key Real Estate and Development teams and stakeholders to vision, develop, document and implement strategic technology plans supporting key business initiatives. Our Program Managers work with their business partners to develop and engineer the technology needs of various processes, while relaying requirements and thinking critically about what will make their projects and business partners successful. You will be the main author of user stories that effectively communicate requirements for your software development team. On a regular basis you will meet with your Project Management & Engineering teams to track project progress, communicate updates with your Project Management partners, and proactively solve for issues as they arise to keep your teams on track. You will also review current state assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. **Minimum Qualifications** + 10+ years of experience in Program and Project management for digital tools for Real Estate, Construction or Architectural Design teams. + Skilled in developing and implementing strategic digital tools. Experience with design technology software, including 3D modeling, visualization, drawing and collaboration programs. **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + A strong product sense, and deep understanding of the technology product development life cycle. + Self-starter with highly developed curiosity and problem-solving skills that approaches problems proactively, both within and between project teams. + Has experience working in/on an agile transformation role/team and the ability to articulate agile operating principles to others + Has experience managing mid-size to large, complex Architecture Design technology projects (in terms of scope risk, integrations, etc.) + Proven track record developing and implementing technology supporting Generative and Parametric Modeling. + Proven experience developing technology for the management and creation of Real Estate and Architectural standards and best practices. + Strong business acumen with an ability to partner with and advise various levels of the organization. Should possess an ability to synthesize and analyze data quickly to relay complicated data in easily digestible terms + An expert relationship builder, able to liaise between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions at all levels internally that fulfill both strategic and operational needs + Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to proactively identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues, & define and document requirements throughout a products lifecycle. **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
