Workplace Training Country Lead (NZ)

Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity

We are seeking a Workplace Training Country Lead to manage and lead workplace training and assessment for our frontline employees across New Zealand. Working closely with the operational business, you will develop strong relationships to ensure an in-depth understanding of the workforce training needs across our Transport & Infrastructure business. You will implement this knowledge to lead your team and drive effective delivery of training to meet business requirements.

The Workplace Training Country Lead will also perform the role of a Workplace Trainer/Assessor in the lower South Island region of NZ.

Working knowledge of training and assessment within the civil construction industry Subject matter expertise in an operational field Previous leadership experience  Well-developed written and oral communication skills  Ability to develop and foster strong and trusted working relationships at all levels
