Workplace Trust Specialist, Workplace Trust: Privacy, AI, and Risk
Come build the future of privacy with us! To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We work in a fast-paced environment across multiple industries, never losing our passion for customers.

As a member of Workplace Trust, you will play a key role in operationalizing privacy across Amazon’s global employee, candidate, and contingent worker populations. This includes engaging with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to help ensure compliant outcomes. You will be responsible for consulting with key stakeholders to drive application approvals in Germany.

In the execution of Amazon’s global privacy obligations, you will rely heavily on your stakeholder management and relationship building skills. You are a communication expert, with the ability to adjust your message to your target audience. You are tech savvy and can translate IT tool and tech requirements into non-tech verbiage. You are familiar with the concept of Employee Representative Bodies and may have successfully collaborated with them in your previous roles.

The successful candidate can support diverse stakeholders and communicate well across different levels of technical understanding; understanding potential concerns in advance and pro-actively addressing them while providing in-depth consultation to Employee Representative bodies. The successful candidate has the ability to synthesize diverse data sets and draw conclusions to develop and deploy innovative strategies to educate employees about IT tool privacy.

The ‘day-to-day’ aspect of this role will be to meet with local Employee Representative Bodies (in-person or virtually) to present and negotiate IT tools that Amazon plans to implement. As part of this you will help to establish the necessary documents and presentation material, taking feedback and driving long-term strategic changes. You will also answer questions to senior level stakeholders about presented and upcoming tools.

* Socialize and secure commitment for remediation and risk management strategies
* Consult on the development of business requirements for new negotiation models and strategies
* Draft written narratives to communicate obligations, risk analyses, and recommendations
* Respond to questions and escalations, while troubleshooting issues
* Travel up to 70%, mainly within Germany, but possible for other EU destinations.
