Works Manager

We're looking for a Works Manager / Site Supervisor to join our Natural Resources team, on our Severn Trent water framework working across sites in the Midlands.

 

Location: Sites across the midlands
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know

 

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Works Manager / Site Supervisor to join our NRNN business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the workforce for a number of schemes on the waste treatment side of the framework.

 

Your day to day will include:

On-site site supervisor for the successful delivery of muti-site works within the Severn Trent Area When required, be involved with the subcontractors to deliver the work safely without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality. Ensure implementation RAMS, ITP's and permits on-site, when specified, in line with Company procedures Input and awareness of construction programme and working alongside to the Operations Mangers Delivery of site inductions, issuing of permits/forms and daily briefings (including toolbox talks) and record keeping (e.g site diaries and quality records)

 
What are we looking for?


This Works Manager / Site Supervisor is great for you if you have:

Some experience in the construction industry preferred Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting Knowledge in producing, reviewing, and implementing Safe Systems of Work for task specific activities CSCS Card
