More about your role

Our Works Planners are responsible for the effective planning of our internal teams and external contractors to ensure our planned, responsive, gas and void repairs are carried out in timely and efficient manner.

You will contribute towards performance targets and ensure all systems are up to date. You will also be a key point of contact for our teams and clients. Please be advised we have 2 roles available 1 x FTC until July 2025 and 1 Permanent role.

More about you

Applicants should have experience working in a high-paced administration role alongside excellent telephone and I.T. skills. Good communication skills and customer service experience would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.
