Hire Resolve is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Workshop Manager for our client based in Bloemfontein, Free State. As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the workshop, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring efficient and effective workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of workshop management processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of technicians and administrative staff Manage technicians work load, performance and work quality Perform maintenance on plant as required Stock management of critical spares Manage control and standard of workshop equipment and housekeeping Planning and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules Implement and maintain health and safety procedures & ISO quality requirements Initiate cost and manage critical improvement projects across all operational areas Manage repairs and maintenance budgetRequirements:
Qualified Diesel Mechanic with 10 years experience on construction plant and equipment At least 5 years proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Sound knowledge of workshop management processes and procedures Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects Knowledge of health and safety regulations Proficient in MS Office Valid driver’s licenseBenefits:
