Worksite Broker Campaign Strategist - REMOTE for US Based Candidates

The stated pay range is based on a national-average location.  Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location.  This position is bonus eligible.

Optavise, a CNO Financial Group Company is seeking a Worksite Broker Campaign Strategist to coordinate customized communications, personalized campaigns, and frequent engagement with broker clients. This role coordinates with leaders and teams in multiple departments to manage the development of content and creative for effective, cohesive broker campaigns via email, direct mail, text messaging to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

As a Worksite Broker Campaign Strategist, your responsibilities will include:

Serve as primary accountable party for partnering with sales and account management to ensure new campaigns and related creative assets are developed, approved for use, and delivered within established timelines.

Create and submit campaign briefs, route drafts to appropriate reviewers and approvers, facilitate edits and iterations through to final approval.

Evaluate holistic needs of campaigns to drive a cohesive experience across the customer journey, as well as across channels and campaigns.

Utilize strong analytical capabilities to recommend improvements across the broker customer journey.

Be a change agent and advocate for new ways of engaging prospective and existing brokers, thinking creatively to identify new opportunities.

Work with Sales Enablement team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and offer proactive suggestions to improve overall campaign results.

Effectively communicate strategic and tactical considerations to diverse stakeholders and members of leadership.

The Worksite Broker Campaign Strategist position is well-suited for you if you:

Exhibit exceptional organizational and process or project management expertise

Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Possess a strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including digital and direct marketing.

Be a self-motivator and have a roll up your sleeves, hands-on mindset to execute on campaigns.

Work independently with moderate guidance in a matrix environment.

Communicate excellently in both verbal and written forms, including the ability to synthesize complex employer benefits and insurance concepts and information.

Adapt comfortably to a paperless environment, using digital tools to document, organize, and move work.

Be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Internet-based applications.

Have familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferable Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Change, or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of experience in a communication/campaign role in employer benefits or healthcare insurance industry.

What will set you apart:

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Change, or equivalent work experience.

5-7 years of experience in a communication/campaign role in employer benefits or healthcare insurance industry.

Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.  

All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically.  Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.

Compensation

Pay Range: $63,700.00 - $95,500.00 Annual
