The stated pay range is based on a national-average location.  Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location.  This position is bonus eligible.

Optavise, a CNO Financial Group Company is seeking a Worksite Sales Enablement Analyst tasked The Worksite Sales Enablement Analyst is tasked with conducting analysis and generating reports to bolster sales enablement strategies. This position provides support across various distribution channels, including the Optavise Career Agency (OCA) and Optavise Broker Distribution (OBD).

As a Worksite Sales Enablement Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Perform comprehensive analysis of campaign and effort performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), create data visualizations, and generate and share reports regularly.Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to improve data collection and analytics, driving strategies to enhance processes and tools (ease of doing business).Create and manage PowerBI CRM Pipeline and Campaign reports for specific territory views and initiatives (field sales level views).Build, document, and improve processes utilizing systems and tools, including PowerBI, HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, and other Sales Enablement software and technology.Generate monthly and quarterly reports to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement campaigns.Develop and implement analytical strategies for campaigns, evaluating results at a detailed level, including channel, station, and partner lead distribution.Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to drive sales growth and improve efficiency.Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to establish and maintain data quality and integrity, supporting detailed analysis of acquisition per lead.Support Sales Enablement and GTM Data Strategy by understanding processes and policies that impact data quality.Lead smaller-scale data initiatives and support strategic data initiatives by performing data analysis using various tools, including SQL, Excel, Salesforce Reports, Power BI, and Tableau.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business or a related field of study or 8 years of equivalent work experience.3 years working in sales and marketing data roles.

What will set you apart:

Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Math, Information Technology, Business or a related field of study.Knowledge in working with data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Salesforce Reports, Power BI, Tableau5 years working in sales and marketing data roles, supporting sales organization in the insurance, voluntary benefits or benefit administration industry.

Compensation

Pay Range: $52,200.00 - $78,200.00 Annual
