Optavise, a CNO Financial Group Company is seeking a Worksite Sales Technology & Operations Specialist who is responsible for maximizing user engagement with Sales Enablement Tools, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role holds the authority and accountability for building, configuring, and automating sales technology solutions that drive revenue growth. The Sales Technology & Operations Specialist supports CRM users by optimizing processes and managing data. Acting as the primary representative of the CRM tool for Optavise, this role involves training and advocating at all levels of the OCA hierarchy and Optavise Sales Enablement teams.
Additionally, the Sales Technology & Operations Specialist serves as the main liaison between OCA and integration partners, negotiating tradeoffs and ensuring the adoption of new product features. The Specialist will work closely with face-to-face in-market OCA teams, remotely, or with mixed-location vendor teams to define user stories, remove roadblocks, and consistently communicate strategy while collaborating with Sales Leadership.
As a Worksite Sales Technology & Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Implement and deliver the CRM tool (HubSpot) to Optavise Career Agent (OCA) stakeholders and key Sales Enablement and Marketing team members.Recommend CRM best practices to optimize ROI, evaluate, and suggest new features, applications, or process changes to enhance the system and increase adoption.Oversee the strategic integration and optimization of all Sales Enablement Tools, including CRM, Content Management Systems (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Proposal/RFP Content Systems.Develop and execute Organizational Change Management, Training, and Adoption plans in collaboration with Sales Communication and Learning & Development Teams.Serve as the primary CRM Administrator for HubSpot Marketing Cloud and HubSpot Operations Cloud, configuring users, integrations, roles, profiles, objects, custom fields, page layouts, processes, workflow rules, reports, dashboards, and other configurations. Ensure data quality within CRM and act as a SME for external Worksite Data projects to ensure data transformations support sales enablement tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote growth and build custom reports and dashboards.Build a deep understanding of OCA, Sales Enablement, and Operations organizational and functional priorities and challenges. Translate needs across various business groups into actionable functional and technical requirements.Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales Communication, and Marketing to develop templates and workflows for executing Client, Prospect, and Broker communication campaigns. Collaborate with sales to promote growth.Maintain expertise in CRM system capabilities, OCA & Sales business needs, and user requirements. Help define the roadmap in conjunction with the SaaS product roadmap, assess value, and prioritize work to ensure the team focuses on high-value, strategy-aligned tasks.Create Super User Groups, Testing/Pilot Groups, and Focus Groups to drive user acceptance testing and innovation experiments, thereby driving valueThe Worksite Sales Technology & Operations Specialist position is well-suited for you if you:
Extensive first-hand experience with Sales Enablement and CRM tools, especially HubSpotDemonstrated ability to influence sales productivity.Demonstrated ability to refine and enhance sales processes, procedures, and policies.Strong ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data, and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/ drive change across functional and business boundaries.Strong technical, research, problem-solving and collaboration skills.Ability to develop relationships with and present to executive leadership.Expert in BI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Successful track record of working effectively at all levels within the organization.Expert understanding of various audiences – OCA, Sales Enablement, Marketing.Ability to navigate matrixed environment – OCA, Optavise, CNO, Vendors.Familiarity with data loader, testing and sandbox environments, security and permissions.Strong analytical mindset, leaning often on critical thinking to drive decision-making.Strong audience-centered communication, presentation, and leadership skills; engaging with multiple levels within the organization.Strong project management skillsets including timeline, scope and stakeholder management.Bias for action, with ability to anticipate bottlenecks and articulate escalations with clarity and optionality Ability to resource plan and build teams as adoption and growth occurs.

Compensation
Pay Range: $93,300.00 - $139,900.00 Annual
