At Amaris Consulting, we are looking for a seasoned Workspace Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Belgium. This opportunity is perfect for those with 1 to 5 years of experience in the field, seeking a challenging role in a fast-paced, international environment. This position is a full-time, Undetermined Duration Contract, requiring immediate availability.

Provide on-site 1st/2nd level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and applications problems. Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases. Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the problem management database. Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team. Document solutions to common problems and responses to frequently asked questions. Contribute to technician knowledgebase as needed. Assist in the development of a comprehensive training program for users. Ensure the Workspace Support Technician team is meeting and exceeding performance expectations, defined metrics/benchmarks. Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

 

This role is based in Zaventem and requires the candidate to be onsite 5 days a week. Proficiency in Dutch is a must.

 

About You

We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a strong background as a User Side Support. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, is customer-focused, and has a keen eye for detail.

1 to 5 years of experience as a Workspace Support Technician or in similar role. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English.
