Manage an 8-person Workstation Support team that provides onsite and remote IT support for Medical Center Health System in Odessa, TX. Work includes IT deployments, troubleshooting, some web-based application administration and project work.

Managing an on-call rotation is included in overall responsibilities. Off hours support is required.

The successful candidate should have knowledge and experience in healthcare environments and customer support IT operations. The candidate will be accountable for all activities related to Help Desk ticket management, customer support and satisfaction. The candidate will be a full participant in a leadership team which includes tracking and monitoring data, system performance and employee support and mentorship.
