**Job Summary**
We are searching for a **Workstations Transition Manager** who thrives on tackling big challenges, inspiring teams, and delivering impactful results.
This pivotal role will drive strategies and execution for **New Product Introductions (NPIs)** and sustaining products. You will be at the forefront of transition management, aligning product, supply, and demand strategies, and ensuring smooth, customer-centric execution.

**Responsibilities**
* Participates in development and securing approval for comprehensive GTM plans and budgets for PSS offerings on a global scale.
+ Own and lead workstation transition strategies, including scenario planning and interlock processes across product management, marketing, GTM management, demand planning, alliance teams, and markets.
+ Align stakeholders to ensure clarity on objectives, timelines, and execution plans for NPIs and ongoing product transitions.
+ Create and deliver E2E transition playbooks that provide actionable guidance for internal teams and external stakeholders.
+ Establish a structured operational and communication rhythm to facilitate decision-making at all organizational levels.
+ Deliver insights and recommendations to drive critical choice-point decisions.
+ Translate complex strategies into compelling narratives and visuals for leadership and customer-facing teams.
+ Equip sales and marketing teams with resources to manage customer expectations and drive adoption.
**Education & Experience** **Recommended**
* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $104 800 up to $149 350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
