This position is an administrative nurse position with 16 hours per week as Wound Nurse, 8 hours per week as Infection Preventionist, and 8 hours per week as Staff Development.

As an RN you will provide dynamic, responsive and empathetic wound care for others. As a RN, specifically focused on resident wound and skin care, you will be responsible for conducting rounds and managing the overall nursing process to ensure our residents are comfortable and supported. At Benedictine, we focus on hiring clinically competent and compassionate nurses for our teams.

Responsibilities The RN (wound care) demonstrates knowledge of skin/wound issues and appropriate treatments and interventions.The RN provides resident, family and caregiver education.The RN collects and analyzes data for continuous quality improvement. Qualifications Licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.Certification in wound care.Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
