Buffalo Center is hiring a Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Buffalo, NY!

Duties Include:

Responsible for tracking all open wounds in the facilityResponsible for completing admission paperworkProviding advice & support to the Residents and their familiesMonitoring Residents and administering medication and treatmentsDocumenting Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. recordsProtecting Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocolsResolving Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategiesAssuring quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of careMaintaining Resident confidence by keeping information confidentialTracking of infection control Monitoring and reporting, including monthly reports

Requirements:

Current NYS State RN LicenseLong-Term Care Experience PreferredMust be wound and ostomy-certifiedSolid computer skills; working knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication skillsFriendly and a team worker
