Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, AD, or BSN).Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license from any state, D.C., Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum of three (3) years of full-time nursing experience within the last five years, with specific experience in Wound Care nursing.Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in patient care needs.Job Responsibilities:Provide specialized nursing care within the Wound Care Department.Work closely with physicians, other healthcare providers, and patients to implement effective wound care treatment plans.Assess patient conditions, plan and implement care, and evaluate patient progress.Perform dressing changes, wound debridement, and patient education related to wound care management.Accurately document all care provided and ensure compliance with military and hospital guidelines.Participate in staff education and continuous improvement initiatives related to wound care services.Work collaboratively with other nursing staff and leadership to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.Shifts will be prearranged with the COR and may include 8- or 12-hour shifts, with potential for weekends and holidays based on mission needs.Company Overview:
