\nJob Summary
\nSHIFT: 20 hours a week. Monday (7 hours), Wednesday (6 hours) 8:00am -2:30 pm and Friday (7 hours) 8:00am - 3:30pm – Negotiable
\nThe Wound Care Registered Nurse assesses patients, establishes diagnoses, and creates healthcare plans. They observe and evaluate patient responses. This role ensures patient safety during healthcare journeys by understanding patient needs and assisting with encounters.

\n\nConduct clinical assessments maintaining the highest standard of practice.\nBe proactive in designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.\nTake part in initiatives to improve quality and performance.\nBuild therapeutic relationships with both patient and family.\nEngage in collaborative and mutual work with colleagues and the community.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful In The Role
\n\nYou need a good understanding of nursing standards and patient care.\nUnderstanding legal and ethical considerations is important for success.\nGood communication skills are essential.\nYou must be a problem solver who can quickly detect and react to changes in patients.\nYou will also need to know how to use computers and medical software.\n\nBelonging Statement

\n\n1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the US\nMust have 2+ years and Wound care certification \nBasic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer. \n
