What You’ll Do as a Wrapper Operator Set up, start up, disassemble, reassemble, and operate wrapping equipment during production Load, thread, and splice film into machines, adjusting tension as needed to maintain performance Monitor machine settings, including speed and temperature, to ensure proper operation Verify product specifications such as packaging appearance, seal integrity, and weight Conduct metal detector tests, troubleshoot issues, and document results as required Inspect equipment regularly for safety, mechanical, or operational concerns Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies Perform other tasks as assigned
