As a key member of the WW Retail Commercial Programs team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic vision for our affordability programs. Help us create and deliver market-leading affordability programs that surpass customer expectations, encourage repeat purchases, and drive Retail’s growth. **Description** In this role, you will be responsible for crafting business strategies to support WW affordability programs across both Online and Stores, using customer insights to identify and develop both short-term and long-term program opportunities and improvements. You will simplify complex challenges, work effectively within a matrixed organization, and use your analytical expertise to deliver actionable recommendations to Leadership that drive growth. -Identify new business opportunities by looking beyond day-to-day tasks, cultivating strategic priorities, and assessing growth potential. -Develop multiyear plans to ensure long-term program success. -Lead cross-functional teams across Online and Stores to successfully implement critical program initiatives. -Drive program performance improvement through data analysis and close collaboration with Business and Finance teams. -Engage with key partners and cross-functional partners to prioritize and deliver business initiatives within tight timelines. **Minimum Qualifications** + 7+ years of experience with expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, and/or Financial Services. + Proven track record in strategy or customer experience functions, successfully developing and leading business initiatives that address clear long-term objectives. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + A strong leader with sound judgment, capable of building consensus around solutions and possessing exceptional communication skills that resonate at all levels of the organization. + Ability to craft compelling presentations that influence Leadership effectively through storytelling. + Proven track record of prioritizing, planning, and successfully driving strategies, programs, and projects. + Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions. + Skilled at positively influencing individuals across all functional areas, building relationships, and serving as a key point of contact and subject matter expert. + Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels. **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
