Job Summary
• This role is responsible for driving the execution of marketing communications strategies within the assigned business area, adhering to established policies, standards, and direction. The role leads the development of insights-led new product introduction campaigns and ensures alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the definition and execution of customer-facing value propositions, adopting innovative marketing techniques, executing global marketing strategies, conducting market research, and fostering productive relationships while providing guidance to lower-level employees.
Responsibilities
• Drives execution of marketing communications strategies leveraging set policies, standards, and direction across the assigned business area.
• Leads development of insights-led new product introduction campaigns and assets that directly tie into the business goals and objectives, that in turn demonstrate clear ROI and increased brand metrics.
• Drives collaboration efforts with the business and regional marketing partners.
• Oversees definition, writing, and testing of customer facing value propositions by product and ensures consistent execution across the mix.
• Works towards the adoption of leading-edge innovative marketing communications techniques across the business.
• Executes marketing strategies for products on a global scale, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
• Leads execution of marketing campaigns across different channels including digital, social media, email, etc.
• Conducts research to understand global market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and participates in providing mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field.
