Camp Office Attendants are responsible for coordinating all camper logistics including registration, camper rosters, and parent communication associated with Woodward Tahoe Summer Camp. Attendants are responsible for registering campers for sessions, sending out confirmation material and answering any questions potential campers and parents may have. Attendants ensure that we have camper registration completed prior to campers’ arrival.
Camp Office staff also work closely with medical and kitchen staff to ensure all camper needs are communicated. All camp employees are role models to our campers and should be prepared to represent the Woodward brand to the highest standard.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer telephones and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
Monitor camper registrations through the online portal
Update reports with complete and accurate information
Ensure campers have registration completed prior to arriving at camp
Assist with camper check-in and check-out
Be knowledgeable in all departmental aspects of Woodward Tahoe policies and procedures
Able to complete and pass a background check
Honest and has the highest integrity
Behave in a manner appropriate to our youngest campers (5 years old)
Communicate effectively with parents and all Woodward staff
Develop caring relationships with campers and help provide the best camp experience
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Highly proficient in all Microsoft programs
A guest service mindset and outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills
A strong sense of safe practices and ethical behavior
