X-Ray/CT Tech - PRN

The work location for this position is in Lewiston, Idaho

This is a PRN position (On-Call - No Benefits) - you will receive an additional 15% PRN pay in lieu of benefits

Hours\: 7am-7pm

The Radiologic Technologist administers ionizing radiation and radioactive substances to patients. Operates x-ray equipment, processes images. Prepares exam room, equipment and supplies. Provides patient services using imaging modalities.

Primary Duties

Prepare room, equipment and supplies as needed for patient care.Cleans and disinfects procedure room and equipment.Prepares contrast agents for procedure.Prepares patient for procedure, explains procedure, assists patient into proper position.Follows prescribed techniques in administrating procedures.

Minimum Requirements

HS Diploma or GED Associate degree or higher preferred Registration and certification in radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) or obtain within six (6) months of hire Computerized Tomography (CT) experience preferred
