Join a positive working environment! **Required Qualifications of the X-Ray Tech/Radiology Tech** - 1+ years of recent x-ray tech/radiology tech experience required - Current RT(ARRT(R)) or LSO certification/license required - Current CPR certification required - Graduation from an accredited radiology school required - High school diploma or GED required - Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen **Responsibilities of the X-Ray Tech/Radiology Tech** - Position imaging equipment and adjust controls to set exposure time and distance, according to specification of examination - Position patient on examining table and set up and adjust equipment to obtain optimum view of specific body area as requested by physician - Monitor patients’ conditions and reactions, reporting abnormal signs to physician - Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during scan - Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to comply with government regulations and to ensure the safety of patients and staff - Handle MA responsibilities when needed **About the Company** This nationwide provider of urgent care services is growing fast!
