Job Description: Works Under the direction of a Foreman, performs radiographic inspections and assures film quality is acceptable\n

Functional Requirements: Read and sign off on JSA prior to shift, Minimum of 200 hours of on-the-job training and passing the radiographer exam to acquire the state industrial; radiographer card, develops an understanding and working knowledge of the company quality control programs, company standards, procedures, codes, etc. required to perform assigned work, Knowledge of state regulations for boundaries and radiation safety for source containment, has completed all studies and tests including ASNT RT Level 2 internal testing, Has met both C and B requirements, ability to work full time without supervision and accuracy on all jobs, always maintains a clean and safe work environment\n

Qualification Standards:\n

Certified industrial radiographer preferred\n

40 hours radiation safety course\n

200 hours on the job training\n

Preferably one (1) to two (2) years of experience in specified skill\n

Pre-employment qualification test if applicable\n

Turner Industries Group indoctrination\n

Hazard Communication orientation\/test\n

Job site orientation\n

Post-offer drug\/alcohol drug screen\n

OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87)\n

Job site Personal Protective Equipment (hearing protection, safety glasses, long sleeve shirt, gloves, steel toe boots etc.) required when in shop\/yard areas\n

Applicant\/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or others in the work place\n

Physical Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures etc. above and below ground, maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures etc., reaching in all directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate office equipment; lifting, standing; sitting; walking; pushing; pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching\/squatting; crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction\n

Mental Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: following set procedures and standards; applying basic mathematical skills; planning work and selecting proper tools comparing and understanding differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects, picturing and evaluating solid objects from drawings or diagrams using standards that can be measured or checked, following oral and\/or written directions; plans and blueprints reading; writing; ability to recognize and report safety hazards\n

Work Environment Factors:
Location: industrial construction site, and\/or fabrication group
Mobility Barriers to Access Job Site: uneven ground levels; obstructed pathways, work performed at low and\/or high elevations, work performed in confined areas
Climatic\/Environmental Conditions at Job Site: predominately outdoor climate; may be exposed to extreme hot or cold weather, excessive hudity, rain etc., various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment etc. potentail exposure to chemical substances\n

Miscellaneous Requirements:
There will be times that the individual may be required to perform a task other than their normal operation as required by the company or management, owing to the job demand.\n
