As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our XDR Sales Specialist team — a critical group that drives the adoption of our Managed XDR platform across new and existing partners and customers.As an XDR Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in enabling our Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Partner Development Managers to effectively position and sell our Managed XDR services, spanning Endpoint, Cloud, Network, Email, and Server Monitoring. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, guiding partners through the sales process and helping them understand how Barracuda’s XDR platform enhances their cybersecurity posture.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute directly to the growth of a strategic product lineWhat you’ll be working onWork alongside Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Partner Development Managers to identify and drive XDR sales opportunities across both new and existing partners & customersAct as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them understand the value of Barracuda’s full XDR platform, including Endpoint, Cloud, Email, Network, and Server Monitoring servicesDeliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical guidance to partners and prospects to support the sales processDevelop and execute targeted sales plays and cross-sell campaigns to expand XDR adoption within existing partnersManage your monthly pipeline focusing your efforts around the complex and highly competitive opportunities while exceeding your monthly quotaTrack partner engagement, sales progress, and pipeline development, sharing insights and feedback to help continuously improve our approachStay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging threats to ensure Barracuda’s XDR platform remains relevant and competitiveWhat you bring to the role 8+ years experience in cybersecurity sales or pre-sales, preferably in the managed services or XDR spaceProven success working with MSPs or channel partners, with strong understanding of the MSP business model and security services landscapeAbility to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across sales, channel, product, and marketing teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with cybersecurity solutions across endpoint, email, cloud, and network security is a plusWhat you’ll get from usA team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experience are valued.
