**Job Title: Mobile Unit Maintenance Attendant** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Unit Maintenance Attendant to join our team. The role involves cleaning, repairing, and ensuring all units and offices are in working condition and ready to be rented. You may also be required to repair units on customer sites. **Responsibilities** + Sweep and hose out units + Replace tile or epoxy flooring + Repair drywall holes + Clean windows, blinds, doors, floors, and walls + Replace light bulbs, locks, blinds, door handles, etc. + Painting + Perform any needed repairs for customer units in the field + Document work completed and verify units either need further repairs (red tagged) or are ready to rent (green tagged) + Ensure supplies are replenished and the yard is organized and free of debris and potential hazards + Other duties as assigned + Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job **Essential Skills** + General labor + Manual labor + Cleaning + Production + Carpentry + Electrical + Painting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mopping + Knowledge of painting materials (bucket, brushes, rollers, stencils) + Experience with dry wall putty and masks + Experience with floor cleaners + Proficiency with maintenance tools for repairs + Experience with electrical hand tools preferred + Basic computer skills for time keeping **Why Work Here?** Great benefits once you transition to permanent status. SHIFT: 7:30AM-4PM - M-F **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Suffolk, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
