Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Unit Maintenance Attendant to join our team. The role involves cleaning, repairing, and ensuring all units and offices are in working condition and ready to be rented. You may also be required to repair units on customer sites.
ResponsibilitiesSweep and hose out unitsReplace tile or epoxy flooringRepair drywall holesClean windows, blinds, doors, floors, and wallsReplace light bulbs, locks, blinds, door handles, etc.PaintingPerform any needed repairs for customer units in the fieldDocument work completed and verify units either need further repairs (red tagged) or are ready to rent (green tagged)Ensure supplies are replenished and the yard is organized and free of debris and potential hazardsOther duties as assignedRegular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the jobEssential SkillsGeneral laborManual laborCleaningProductionCarpentryElectricalPaintingAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with moppingKnowledge of painting materials (bucket, brushes, rollers, stencils)Experience with dry wall putty and masksExperience with floor cleanersProficiency with maintenance tools for repairsExperience with electrical hand tools preferredBasic computer skills for time keepingWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
This position involves working outdoors in any and all weather conditions.
SHIFT: 7:30AM-4PM - M-F
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Suffolk, Virginia.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
