Insight Global is seeking a Yard Manager to join one of North Americas largest auctioneering companies. The Yard Manager will oversee the transition from a temporary wash bay facility to a permanent one. They will manage third-party staffing employees who provide customer services and collaborate with the internal sales team to enhance these services.

The key responsibilities include:

Managing equipment acquired from overseas, coordinating transportation, and overseeing the categorization and management of this equipment upon arrival before it goes to auction.
Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit, strong organizational skills, and teamwork abilities.
Going the extra mile to ensure operational success.
