**Night Shift Supervisor - Vehicle Inventory Management** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to manage the night shift for vehicle inventory at our client's facility. The role involves overseeing the inventory of Ford Transit vans, supervising union drivers, and ensuring the efficient movement of vehicles to their final destinations. The position requires excellent coordination skills and the ability to work with technology and data tracking systems. **Responsibilities** + Manage parking lot inventory of Ford Transit vans. + Supervise union drivers moving vans to various locations. + Coordinate and ensure drivers are in the correct vehicles and return them to the lot. + Track and report vehicle IDs and locations using Excel. + Drive company vehicles between different lots. + Work 45-50 hours per week, primarily M-F, with occasional Saturdays. + Train on-the-job with current supervisors. **Essential Skills** + Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Outlook. + Ability to use electronic devices and scanners efficiently. + Clean driving record. + Supervisor or team lead experience in transportation, logistics, or warehouse. + Potential for leadership and ability to coach, motivate, and drive results. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inventory management and logistics. + Experience supervising UAW workers. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
