Job Description
As a Yard Worker, you will play a crucial role in the logistics and production flow of our operations. Using a forklift, you will be responsible for unloading semi-trucks of raw steel, transporting materials to various production areas, and moving finished products to the warehouse for shipment. Additionally, you will assist with strapping down loads, act as a parts runner, and move steel into the shop from outside.

Work Environment
The company is brand new and specializes in structural steel beams. The work involves being on the forklift for about 60% of the time, with the remaining 40% spent on paperwork and hand unloading steel onto various surfaces. You must have steel-toed boots and adhere to a dress code of work pants and non-offensive shirts or jackets. You will be the only person in the yard, working independently and as a parts gopher for the welders.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
