Job Description
Candidates will be working in the yard cleaning, repairing, and preparing mobile trailers for construction projects. Responsibilities include carpentry work, repairing holes, light painting, installing plugs and switches without power, ensuring heating or AC functionality, cleaning windows, blinds, and doors, and any other tasks necessary to ensure the unit is ready for use. Additionally, candidates will need to load trailers using a forklift.
ResponsibilitiesClean and repair mobile trailers for construction projects.Perform carpentry work and repair any holes.Conduct light painting tasks.Install plugs and switches without power.Ensure heating or AC systems are operational.Clean windows, blinds, and doors.Load trailers using a forklift.Essential SkillsExperience in construction, cleaning, carpentry, and plug and switch installation.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Leadership experience in leading any size team or managing any type of job.Forklift experience with sit-down forklifts or large Skytrak.Attention to detail and care for the finished product.Additional Skills & QualificationsMIG or Arc welding experience (highly preferred).Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Indoor and outdoor work in a shop and yard setting. Candidates will work in various weather conditions, including cold, rain, snow, sun, heat, and wind. The first shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with an average of 50-55 hours per week during the construction season.
