Job Title: Yard Worker
Job Description

Candidates will be working in the yard, cleaning, repairing, and preparing mobile trailers for construction projects. They will perform carpentry work, repair any holes, paint lightly, install plugs and switches without power, ensure heating or AC is working, clean windows, blinds, and doors, and complete any other tasks necessary to ensure the unit is ready for use. Additionally, they will load trailers using a forklift.

Work Environment

The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings, such as the shop and yard. Employees will work in various weather conditions, including cold, rain, snow, sun, heat, and wind. The standard shift is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with the construction season requiring 50-55 hours of work per week on average.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
