Safe operation of Yardhorse equipment while moving trailers is a requirement. Yardhorse Team Members will be working outside dealing with elements such as rain, snow, wind, dust and heat. Position Responsibilities: + Moving all types of trailers (vans, flatbeds, quad-axles, etc.) around the facility to specific locations. + Scaling all trailer types to maximize weight expectations and be within D.O.T. Requirements. + Inspecting trailers for safe operation, proper strapping and road-worthiness. + Cleaning and picking up the yard/trailer lots as needed, as well as the trucks Skills/Requirements Knowledge & Experience: + General Driving Knowledge required. + Forklift Experience is preferred. + Knowledge of D.O.T. general freight securement required. Skills & Abilities: + 10-20 pound lifting ability consistently. + Moving around for full shift on a daily basis (sitting, standing and steps). + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Problem-Solving skills required.
